What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, such as VISA, Mastercard, AMEX.

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 3-5 business days to process and ship your order.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it will take 8-12 business days for delivery. But some orders may take upwards of 20 business days due to customs processing procedures.

Will I have to pay International taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

Sportiez cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note on rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.

I need to change or cancel something on my order. How can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. After 24 hours or once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. 

My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

My order tracking status says "Pending". What does that mean?

"Pending" just means we have sent out your order and once the shipping carrier dispatches your order from their sorting center, the status will change to "In Transit." 

What if the item(s) I received is defective, incorrect, damaged, or missing?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is defective, incorrect, damaged or missing. At this time we currently do not accept returns, but we can provide with a partial or a full refund depending on the situation. To ensure a smooth refund, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
