I was always nervous to get a personal trainer and a gym membership plus it was really expensive... so ive already had this power board for a few weeks and its literally like ur own personal trainer and its way less expensive than a gym membership and that other stuff.. thanks!

Just received it yesterday. My brother likes it. The only problem is we can not make it harder :)). Bring it to anywhere (not at the gym) and workout perfectly. It's pretty convenient!

5/5 Stars! This item is spectacular. Makes doing pushups an actual workout - all sorts of different positions allow you to work a range of muscles. Additionally, the handles (whereas before I just put my hands on the ground, naturally), make it a lot less painful to get a workout. Anyway, this is a great device.

So i was actually surprised when i realized this board thing works XD.... i seriously check the mirror all the time now on the progress of my triceps and shoulders.. i can now genuinely recommend this to anyone, it works as it should.
